Here is one I have prepared often!
Chocolate Port Coulee` Dessert. This is literally the quickest most striking looking you can make in just 3 minutes! Ingredients consist of a packet of mixed frozen berries, Cedar Creek's 'Another Brew' Chocolate Port, and a Viennetta Ice Cream Bar Cake.
Method: over a gentle heat on the stove and depending how many people you are preparing for you pour the relative amount of frozen berries into the pot. Then pour the relative amount of Chocolate port into the pot with the berries. Warm gently, do not boil. Pour immediately over Vienetta Bar Ice Cream cake and serve, with a small port on the side. YUM! YUM!
